These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and our provision of consultancy services. By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
Arthur Consultancy Firm provides business and financial consulting services including financial planning, investment management, tax optimization, risk assessment, budgeting & forecasting, training programs (sales training, leadership development, motivational speaking) and related services ("Services"). Services offered and scope will be described in proposals, statements of work or engagement letters.
Cancellation policies will be specified in the engagement letter. For training or event registrations, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds (if any) are issued per the specific agreement.
We will treat your confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to deliver Services. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law, with your consent, or to our permitted service providers under confidentiality obligations.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to records, and cooperate with our team. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of methodologies, templates, and materials provided to you. On full payment, client receives a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthur Consultancy Firm's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We provide services using reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee business outcomes, financial returns, or compliance — consulting advice is not a substitute for professional legal, tax or investment advice. Clients should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in the engagement letter. On termination, fees for work completed and expenses incurred are payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration or courts in New Delhi, unless the parties agree otherwise.
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
